The Trak computerised Job Tracking and Costing System, provides a "Real Time" view of both the job status and cost. Historical analysis is also available in both tabular and chart formats.

A 24 hour, 7 day service is available to our customers, providing fast response times which are prioritised:-

Priority 1 - urgent
Priority 2 - same day
Priority 3 - within 24 hours

Customer Satisfaction courtesy calls are made at the completion of each job

Weekly service meetings dissect each job and the larger projects have performance fault call registers and charts for analysis.

Our Complaint and Commendation Register provides a fast and efficient method of dealing with issues before they escalate.
