We have a pro-active, dedicated and experienced team who carry out planned preventative maintenance within the service department.

 

 

Weekly meetings provide the platform to discuss issues which arise during the maintenance program cycle. These are minuted, actioned and communicated to all levels i.e tenants, building owner and Trak staff.

 

We offer three types of maintenance programs:-

M1000 - Fully comprehensive

  • Typical Plant Room After Remedial UpgradeProgrammed maintenance
  • All service calls
  • Parts and materials

M2000 - Semi-comprehensive

  • Programmed maintenance
  • All service calls

M3000 - Preventative maintenance

  • Programmed maintenance

New customers, have the option for us to undertake a comprehensive asset and equipment report.
